The Waterline
Student Sustainability Challenge

What is it?

Sponsored by Equinor and SSE Thermal, The Waterline Student Sustainability Challenge 2022 gave students aged 9-18 across the Humber region the chance to make a positive impact on the environment and local and wider communities by creating inspiring solutions to harmful climate problems... while being in with the chance of winning some fantastic prizes!

The challenge offered the opportunity to learn about Humber-based businesses and organisations, providing an insight into what the Humber has to offer in relation to sustainable careers and skills development.

Entries have now closed for 2022, and winners were announced at The Waterline Summit on Monday 17th October, at a celebratory awards ceremony including a keynote speech from Ed Clancy OBE.
