Following the Built Environment breakfast event, you are invited to join Arup and collaborators for the Roundtable Leadership Session: Considering the opportunity for the Built Environment along the Energy Estuary to reach Net Zero and achieve a resilient future.

This event will bring together senior leaders from a range of organisations to collectively consider how the Built Environment can support the Humber to build the world's first net zero industrial cluster and decarbonise the North of England. This is your chance to  share ideas and shape how the Humber region responds to key opportunities and challenges.

Through these sessions we will explore:

  • Maritime & Ports - How to achieve Net Zero
  • Industrial Facilities - How to achieve Net Zero
  • Living with Water for the Built Environment
  • The Future of the Factory

The format for each round table discussion will include an introduction to set the scene and provocations to encourage discussion and debate. We will explore project examples that describe how other cities around the world have addressed the Net Zero Challenge.

The outcomes from each discussion will be shared with the attendees and collated into thought papers.

This event will be held in person at the Aura Innovation Centre.

Refreshments will be served following the round table discussions.
