Vice President for Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, Equinor
Dominic was chair of the Zero Carbon Humber Campaign Group until July 2021 and leads on policy and regulation for Equinor, which led the successful UKRI Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund bid for Zero Carbon Humber.
He joined Equinor (formerly Statoil) in 2014, after a career in the UK Diplomatic Service in which he served in India, Argentina, the United States and Paris, where he was Ambassador to the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development.
Since joining Equinor, he has performed a variety of roles, including Head of Political and Public Affairs in the UK and Vice President (Communications) for Global Strategy and Business Development. He is currently responsible for Policy and Regulation in Equinor's Midstream, Marketing and Processing Business Area, which includes Equinor's Low Carbon Solutions activities in the Humber, incorporating the planned H2H Saltend hydrogen production facility. Dominic is a member of the Board of Transparency International UK.
