Will is Innovation Lead for a £210 million UKRI programme, the Industrial Decarbonisation Challenge.  This programme is the first active funding stream as part of a wider government commitment to cut industrial emissions.  Core technologies funded through this programme include low-carbon hydrogen and carbon capture and storage.  Projects are currently in advanced stages of  development, in preparation for construction and operation later this decade.  Prior to this, Will founded an award-winning spin-out from Imperial College London.  Will holds a PhD in Chemistry from Imperial, working with the Grantham Institute for Climate Change.
